Great workmanship and very courteous, effective service by Jonathan Friedrichs. His scheduler was accommodating, and they use modern scheduling tools. Jonathan was also glad to provide additional expert advice. Fairly priced service. Highly recommended!

Jonathan removed my old Thermador refrigerator/freezer and installed an updated model. The job was complicated and required assembling the new unit and placing it in a confined space. The work was tedious and time consuming. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Whenever I call the office with questions, a real person (Crystal) answers and is always helpful. I would use Jonathan and his team again.

Our washer went out on a Thursday and Jon was out here on Friday to fix it. He had all the parts on hand, very professional, repaired it in a quick timely manner. 3 weeks later we noticed water behind or washing machine on the floor. We contact Jon and he came out the next morning to double check the washing machine. Found that the drain hose had moved and was splashing back. He fixed our issue with no questions asked. He was super affordable and amazing and we will be using him again. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Johnathan was on time very polite and respectful. Very careful and had everything necessary to complete the job. Then cleaned up everything. He was very careful with our appliances (dishwasher).

He came the same day I called and diagnosed the problem. He spoke with LG and worked with them so he could do the job. Replaced the compressor the very next day. I will be using him again for all issue. I will also tell my friends about him.
