remodeling
 + -1 moreMr. Terrell said he would arrive at 8:00 AM the day after he bid the job to start the work. Arrived after noon and started breaking tile. Was only here a couple of hours and Michael Terrell left to obtain more material from Home Depot. Called and said he was delayed and had to go elsewhere to get what he needed. Said he would be back the next morning to continue the work. Again he arrived late in the morning with personal problems that delayed him from being on time. He was not prepared to remove the broken tile and had to use a trash can of mine to haul the tile down the stairs and outside. He said he would stay and work until he got the drywall up and would be back the next morning to put the hardy plank up and begin the tile work. That occurred Friday, September 25. My husband called all day Saturday as well as Sunday and again this morning with no reply from Mr.Terrell. At this point in time I am quite sure that Michael Terrell has simple taken our money ($1250) and will not return our calls and most certainly is not planning to complete our shower.
Description of Work: Bid to remodel shower. Requested 1/2 of total cost to be paid in advance so he could obtain tile and material required for remodel. Said job could be completed in two days. After several days of being late, the only work he completed was taking the tile from the walls, leaving the tile on the top and bottom of the shower to still be removed. In the process he broke existing shower faucet.
