We decided on 30 year shingles2c after a few days he came back and said he had a special deal on 40 year shingle for just a little more. So we had him put on the 40 year but found out later on the we're really just 30 year shingles. Talked me into a specialized roofline effect, doesn't look any different than it would have without it. It's been 8 years doesn't seem like the shingles are holding up well at all.
Just this year we had some wind damage, called multiple times, secretary said he would return my calls, never did.

Read the above.... They were supposed to replace an asphalt shingle roof with a metal roof. They reversed all of the flashing on the new roof.
