Erick was a true professional from the start. When he showed up he started working he inspected the trailer, tires, lights made sure everything was in working order. He then added extra straps to the boat for the long haul down the road. He made sure everything was tied down properly and secured. He was outstanding. He provided me with a receipt of pickup and called everyday with updates as to when he was going to be here. I was impressed with the overall experience.
