Our pool looks fantastic!  There is a 15 year warranty and now that it's fiberglass, it will take a lot less chemicals.  The prices was within ~two thousand of what we would have done with regular pool resurfacing or pebbletec; but, this is SOOOO much better!
It is bright white, and smooth and sparkling. It will last and last.  We have used them in our prior house and had good results with them... so we decided to use them again this time.  -- Another great experience and sparkling pool!

The sides of my fiberglass swimming pool were bowing in.  Also, a botched leak repair by another provider had left the main drain on the bottom of the pool inoperative, which meant that the only way I could get rid of fine grit on the bottom was to vacuum it up.  Jim and his crew came in, assessed the situation, and brought the unexpected good news that they could give me my main drain back in the same operation as straightening the pool sides.  This is a messy job, requiring making cutouts into the fiberglass pool sides, straightening and bracing the sides, installing a new main drain, replacing the cutouts, putting on a new fiberglass surface, and finally adding new pool tile and patio surface. The result is gorgeous, and every bit of construction debris was cleaned up at the finish.  Jim explained each step of what was being done as we went along.  They have a very wide selection of tiles and pool and patio colors.  Everyone who showed up on site, from Jim on down, was courteous and professional.  Obviously, I hope never to encounter this particular big repair again, but if something like a new leak ever crops up, I'd call Jim again in a heartbeat.

Thomas and his crew showed up and sanded down the pool.  Then taped off the tile surround.  They resprayed the fiberglass and let it sit for 48 hours to cure.  We needed a couple of areas touched up as a bug had settled in the coating, and a minor blemish about the size of a quarter arose.  Thomas fixed both of those immediately.
Thomas had a great line of communication with Jim in the Austin office.  As every time Jim said to expect Thomas, he showed up timely.  That is a big deal for any contractor and I appreciated that immensely.
I know when we want to restore the beauty of the pool again in several years, we will call Premier Fiberglass.

They did a real good job. They were easy to communicate with and answered all the calls. They are one of the few people in my area that do this kind of work but I think their prices were reasonable.  I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

It went real well. I had the opportunity to be home and watch the process from beginning to end. I would recommend that any work being done on your home that you make yourself available.  

We had a good experience. Jim, our sales rep was honest, and explained all the options available to us. Sherri the owner came out to view the site as well. We had to have a concrete slab poured to hold the swim spa so they designed and built all of that work. After the site was ready, they arranged for a large ton crane to crane the spa over our house. Jim even video taped it for our kids (it was quite a site) since we had to leave while it was midway over our house. Swim spa got installed and David gave us a spa care 101 lesson. We were impressed with the work done and with the clean up. The only hiccup we had was some of the concrete workers tossed a bit of leftover concrete into the green belt behind our house. When we called, Jim immediately had guys come over and clean it up, he was as annoyed as we were. The project took slightly longer than anticipated, but only by a couple days. They worked with our deck installer and with our sprinkler installer to coordinate activities. Please note in the picture, you will see a deck as part of the built in surround, Premier Fiberglass did not build the deck, they just did the installation and site work to get it in and working!

The work was done by a subcontractor & there was a communication issue, but overall they did a good job. They even returned phone calls on Sunday.

Jamie the design consultant and Steven the job foreman(?) each came out to discuss the design. They said it would look spectacular and be done in 2-4 weeks. Work began around 6/20/06. It's now 3/18/07 and it's not done. They completely ignored the plans and put the pump on the deck instead of several feet away as shown on the plan. More decking had to be added at our expense Steven scheduled multiple times to come out to discuss problems but never showed up. The 35' long curved steps ended up 24' very rough and sloppy with no curve and they wanted $1500 to fix their mistake. Grading wasn't done and the deck was poured on loose dirt and sand which washed away with the 1st rain leaving the deck and pipes unsupported. A pipe broke causing a leak. To fix the leak part of the deck was removed revealing a big hollow area underneath that will have to be filled before replacing the concrete. No clean up was done in the yard or pool. The pool vac is missing wheels. They leaked oil on the patio.

This was a costly adventure. Sherri Fowler (the owner) visited our site with her local pool contractor (David Jumper). I had recently resurfaced our 900 sf concrete deck by hand, forming faux stone with colored concrete. This was a very labor intensive task. Sherri assured me I did not need to mask or cover anything, her crew would take care of that. They got white fiberglass overspray and droplets all over the place, and it took at least 6 months to get this resolved, with Sherri balking at my request for $500 for supplies and labor to repair the work. Furthermore, they did not run the fiberglass completely to the top, using 'niche filler' as advertised. When I complained about the cracks, they sent a guy out with BATHROOM CAULK! This was supposed to be a minimal maintenance pool, that is why we spent this money. She was dishonest with me a few times regarding commitments and responsibilities and condescending about my concerns. The fiberglass is good, the job was a HASSLE.

This company did an excellent job of repairing our pool and we really appreciated what they did. They came highly recommended to us from a friend and they turned out to be everything we were told they would be. The company who initially put the fiberglass in place screwed it up and it was a headache to deal with. It was a pleasure dealing with them and getting the results our pool needed.

They were great. They did a very classy job. They completed the job with out any hassles. The pool looked wonderful when they were finished. You could see they knew what they were doing. The crew was very friendly and they done high quality work. They finished the pool on time.
