LADYBUG TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

I had talked with the owner, Steve Jones, about our ant problem. I had researched it and thought that I had the answer, but when Brian Jones, Steve's son, explained to me that the ants that we have are not Carpenter ants, but fire ants, he used a different technique. He was so knowledgeable and thorough and spent about an hour treating both the inside and the outside of my home. He offered to come back if the ants persist. I did sign up for quarterly treatments. |They seem to be very customer service oriented.

When I bought got the house as part of the inspection for getting the loan, they paid for them to come and to the inspection but each year Ladybug Termite and Pest control come back and do an assessment and they charge for that. They spray for termites and anything like that. This year, I told them that I had seen some evidence of termites and so they treated a room that they had previously treated and there was no additional charge for that, just the annual fee. When you pay the annual fee, they treatment is included in the fee. They work with your schedule, they are super nice, very professional, they basically walk through the entire house and look at all the areas and they ask you questions if you have any problems and they do have to come back because they couldn't come back the same day and they asked me what my availability was to work around my schedule.

This company puts no pressure on you. They are very professional and courteous. A very nice young man checked and sprayed the exterior and interior of our 2800 square foot house. I did not notice any fumes. He was careful about pet areas and children's play areas. I had this same company come this past winter and have had no trouble with bugs since then.
