Terrible from the start. We signed a contract with them July 2020. They committed to be finished in September 2020 unless there are unforeseen delays. They didn't finished until March 2021. We had to call and text to constantly to get someone onsite to do the work. We told them from the start it would be turnkey and needed them to do everything, including moving the bushes out of the way, cap off the sprinklers in their way, and put the flower bed back in, and take care of the sprinkler system. They didn't do any of that and "offered" to do this for a very high amount of money as an extra. We ended up getting about 2/3rds of the cabinets in the utility room. We were not credited anything extra for that. We bought wire racks ourselves and asked them to install the mounting brackets. He charged extra for installing the racks, without credit for what he charged for cabinets we didn't have installed. Neither rooms floors are level. However, for as long as it took just to get to that point, we decided we would live with it to get this remodel finished. It took almost 9 months to add 178 sq ft. and remodel two rooms.
Description of Work: Increased the size of the utility room and office, and remodeled both rooms.
