We got a water softener, a pre-filter, a RO system installed with Basin water solutions. Chad Martin gave us the estimate there was no pressure tactics used to sell the product. We chose then because it was a family owned business and very knowledgeable.

He checked the softener and tamped the hardened salt down, said to call him in a month to let him know if the salt had dissolved into the water, and he would come back to add salt. I thought the softener might need cleaning, but he said no, not necessary. And, he didn't charge me a penny for the service call! Can you believe it?!!

Joey was very professional with his service. He came by our house for a free estimate on a water softener system as well as tested our current water purity to show us the hardness of our water in our house. My wife and I thought we already had a softer installed in our house but Joey explained that all we had was a water conditioner system. A water conditioner system does not filter out any TDS or softens the water. Joey at Basin Water Solutions was very knowledgeable and professional with his install and very nice to my wife and I. I recommend Basin water Solutions to everyone.
