On 5/18/2022, I put a deposit down of $3,250 with Baccus for a septic system. They told us they were 4-6 weeks out which was fine. I couldnt decide where I wanted the septic which is why this process has drug on for so long. On January 24, 2023 I reached out to Baccus to ask for a refund since we were not moving forward with the septic just yet. They did not answer me but answered my husband and told him it would be a couple weeks. A couple weeks has passed and my husband spoke to them on 3/1/2023 where he is still saying it will be a couple more weeks on my refund. We have given them ample amount of time to give me my deposit back. As of 1/5/24 I still have not received my money back.
