Martin is the owner/operator of the company and is a professional. He always responds quickly to questions. His work team was conscientious, polite and great about keeping my home clean. The price was competitive with other quality companies. I interviewed 7 companies total for this job, and was between 2 companies, and I picked MD because they have a special sander that contains more dust than regular sanders, and I wasn't able to find another company with this feature. It did make a huge difference and it was nice that I didn't have to worry about dust all over my house. The finished result is beautiful also. When I replace my upstairs carpet with hardwood, I will be calling Martin. The only thing I would have done differently is hire a decorator to pick the floor color to match. MD puts stain samples directly on the floor for you to pick. I did ok, but next time would hire a pro to pick the color. This is no reflection on MD, just passing my experience along.
