Modular and Mobile Home Remodel
it was a big nightmare!!!
when looked at the mobile home the saleslady pointed out that all of the appliances were new. and the refrigerator would also be new and would be put in there at delivery. . ........... turns out all the appliances were new but all are damaged goods.. the frig has already been replaced and having same problems with this one and cannot get warranty work done due to damage.
the sales lady told us the
home would come ready to hook into sewer ....at closing she then tells us we have to pay extra for them to have the sewer pipes under the mobile home so we hire their employee to do this for $450 and he did not level the pipes so we had to call our own plummer to fix this.. the commodes leaked and are not tightened up on the floor the workers came and just bandaided the problem and had to come again to fix and bandaided again.. when the home was delivered the worker tore the kitchen flooring . today homes said they were not responsible that it would be the worker's responsibility so finally after 3 months of calling weekly it was finally replaced, however the carpet came loose 2 days later and then it was 3 more weeks before it was repaired. the workers do really crappy work.. i noticed just yesterday the door handles and most of the door hinges only have 1 screw holding them on. they did things very sloppy and very bad work. i'm so disappointed in the service we received from this company
