We were moving our mobile home and needed to have the A/C unit disconnected and reconnected. They charged almost $800.00 to disconnect our A/C unit from our home in Richland Texas  and come back and set it into place at the new location of our home in Streetman Texas. At the time we hired them they said they would take care of everything. That is not true. They cut the electric wiring to the unit but never told us we would need to hire an electrician to come rewire the unit. Which cost us $244.00. They also overfilled the unit causing the compressor not to engage. We had to hire a 2nd A/C company to come repair the unit.When I confronted the service tech about cutting the wires and not telling anyone he began to yell and swear at me telling me "not my job to rewire it, not my problem" When my husband came around the house to find out what the man was screaming at me about the service tech push me out of the way causing me to almost fall. My husband weighs 165 lbs the service tech weighs close to 400 lbs. My husband told him to get back in his truck and get off the property. The service tech wanted me to sign his billing ticket which I refused.I went to the company the next day talked to the manager. After telling him what took place he said he would review the bill and send me a corrected bill in the mail. Well guess what? I got my bill this week. Yup it is for the full amount almost $800.00I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.
