glass repair
 + -1 moreI called for a quote and even though the price was right, but I missed the cutoff to get parts out today. He said he could have it Monday. Said all local dealers use same provider and once it was after 11am, nobody would be able to get it. When I mentioned that another place in town said they could have it tomorrow morning, he suddenly got extremely mad, said use whoever the h*** I want and hung up. When I called back to apologize and explain that I didn't mean to upset him and that I was only mentioning the fact so he might have more options in the future regarding a supplier, he was even more rude, cussed me, and hung up again. I have no idea how somebody can treat people that way and be in the service industry.
