Not even a year after we built our house, mildew came up on the underside of our porches. He claims it was the product Benjamin Moore P2700 (now called V027) which we were told by Benjamin Moore, should not be used on wood, that it is meant for plaster, bricks and stucco. He refuses to come back and resolve the issue and is placing blame elsewhere.
