The Electricity went off about 1PM on a very HOT summer afternoon.
We Checked our main circuit box. smelled burning wires. Checked no active burning but wires were smoking
Called our electrical provider. They do not respond for repairs. Asked them for names. They gave several.
Called all of the suggestions. Most everyone said the same thing they were busy could not come because
and quot;It was very hot this summer and everyone's AC going out. The summer before was also hot and many machines were taxed then and were breaking down this summer.everyone busy.and quot;
Went to Yellow Pages Found the listing for DELTA. know noting about them but we were desperate for help. It was about 2:30 or 3PM Man answered said he would come. He asked for directions. Came in close to 1 hr later.
We live out side the City Limits in a very rural area.
This Company came with in a reasonable time. The Box situation was unusual since it apparently was an older one that had been forced on to cover the circuits by another. The electrician felt that it was part of what cause the wires to fray and burn. The extra trip was reasonable
This gentleman was professional. He was also knowledgeable
There were no extra charges for distance or the extra trip or because the job took him past his closing time..
