+ -1 moreMy internet stayed out several weeks said it was on my end. it was in their server. They would not come out because I did not pay for a monthly service plan. Always had slow speeds numerous outages during 2 year term. they agreed to end my service at the end of Sept. They now want $51.07 to end contract even though their data speeds were below 1 mb for a 10 mb plan all of Sept. Very bad customer service. They then billed my debit card without my permission for the $51.07.
