Delivery of the dumpster, emptying of the dumpster and removal of the dumpster were all done promptly. There were one or two problems with billing, but that department was also very helpful and prompt.

They are very unresponsive when it comes to problems. They took one of the garbage containers last week and never replaced it. They make you use their garbage containers. I called them about it and they never called me back. This is not the first time this has happened and I always get the same answer "We'll have someone call you." No one ever calls and I have to call 8-10 times to get a response. The price is per quarter so I pay about $8 per pick up of 2 90 gallon containers.
