We had a lot of rotten wood. I was pleased with the speed and quality. It only took two days to tear down wall, replace wall, and paint the building.

worked very slow, excuse was that his helper didn't know the craft. I stayed irritated with him most of the time, almost fired him twice. some days he wouldn't work all day, did not call for inspections so I don't have wind storm insurance on addition, new roof leaks, did not put a shutoff valve on stove in kitchen, connected the icemaker hose to hot water, some of my electrical plugs do not work. these are just the obvious things, who knows what else I hidden. I have called him back but to this day has not shown up.

Mr. Casas was very responsive. He was always punctual for our meetings.He was patient and professional during our discussions regarding options and ideas. I plan on hiring Mr. Casa's for numerous other projects. His finished project was high quality, and the final price was quoted. I was insured that if I had any questions that he would rerpond and if I was not satisfied he would correct them to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Xtreme Carpentry,and know that any one that hires him will be satisfied with his work.

12,000TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS FROM APRIL UNTIL AUG.TO RENOVATE A HOUSE WE BOUGHT. WE HAD SOME BAD WORKMEN BEFORE VICTOR GOT THERE.SO EVERYTHING THEY HAD DONE WE HAD TO DO IT OVER. WHAT A MESS.. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND WAS EASY TO WORK WITH. HIS PRICE WAS MORE THAN FAIR. IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM. HE WILL BE THE FIRST TO CALL FOR MY NEXT PROJECT.
