Elite X-Trainer, Mark Muniz, and his fitness instructors bring the X-Train methodology down to Corpus Christi from Master Trainers, Barron Jackson and Jeremy Ortiz, in the state capital. From full body workouts to target toning sessions, from conditioning camps to power plyometrics, X-Train offers 50+ opportunities a month to put you to the test. Our abilities to challenge trainees at any fitness level (beginner, intermediate or advanced) using one's body weight, the park's natural terrain, the elements and minimal equipment make for fun, versatile workouts!
