Installed vent hood, electric cook top and wall oven.  Without my permission they cut into my formica counter top in two places to put in oven (was not necessary).  They did not install cover plate under oven, and then ran the electric connection behind a drawer under the oven so the drawer would not close.  They had no interest in cleaning up the mess they made or correcting the poor job.  Basically the business manager there said" too bad you own it now! ". It is quite easy to see why they went out of business with many unhappy customers .  If they were to open again, I would not go near the place!

They have been out three times and I have not been pleased.  I bought the dishwasher in April and this is the fourth time it has broken down and they don’t seem to be concerned about getting the parts in on a timely fashion.  Their attitude has not been helpful and apparently the job has not been done because they are ordering the same parts that have already been ordered and put in.  Nobody is recommending anything, except for me recommending that maybe they replace the dishwasher since it is under warranty.  I am just rather irritated with them.  I would tell others not to call them if they were looking for a dishwasher repair company.  I did not spend anything because it is under warranty, but it is an inconvenience when you have got a family as large as mine of not having a dishwasher for a week at a time.  It is going on 4.5 weeks if I consider the entire time under the last 7 months, it is really inconvenient.  Some of the people are nice, but they are just not getting the job done.  The come when they say they are going to, but they fall right down when ordering the parts.  I will not use them again.
