He arrived ON TIME AS SCHEDULED checked with his gadgets a view things changed the Capacitor and after that the ac run fine. He is not the cheapest in town but his professionalism makes up for it . I use him for 12 years and what he does is "quality work" .

the air conditioning is working well. in the summer he is always busy unless you have an emergency you might have to wait your turn a few days.

I called Joe on Wednesday and he immediately set up a time to meet at the house on Friday morning. He was there waiting when I arrived 5 minutes early. He looked the job over and called me that night with a bid. I accepted the bid and authorized work to begin. We were leaving town the next morning (Saturday) but before we left he met us at the furnace supply shop where he was picking up the new furnace to get the key to the house. We left town and returned Monday night. Called Joe Tuesday morning and he told me the job was already complete. We went over to the house and it was installed and working. The house was spotless and the old furnace was hauled off. I have absolutely no complaints other than that all other home repair persons are not as courteous and efficient.
