It was a Friday late after noon TW Bull was busy but took the time to talk with me and make a few suggestions. I tried the suggestions and one was right on the money. With the assistance of a neighbor we were able to remediate the immediate problem, prevent a costly outcome and not have to get on a weekend waiting list to get the A/C on again. I will use TW Bull for future work because he knows his stuff and didn't withhold info just for a service call. This was a win win.

Very knowledgable, was able to determine the problem with our A/C unit while on the telephone. Got info from me and brought the part with him. It was fixed in about 30 minutes for very little cost.
