+ -1 moreWhen I asked him to please call if he couldn't keep the appointment, he became somewhat hostile even though I was trying to be friendly. He said he had plenty of business and that I could look elsewhere if I wanted to. I was shocked at this unprofessional attitude and did, indeed, look elsewhere and found the same service for less than half the price he charged.
Description of Work: He no-showed and didn't bother to call to let us know he wasn't coming. He did the same thing last year several times.
