The Woodhouse Day Spa

Massage was done well, manicure was mediocre. Staff was initially nice, however one noticed the favoritism amongst customers quickly. By staff interaction, as well as facial expressions to put it nicely, you know who spends a lot and who doesn't. If you go there a lot, spending a lot of money, you are treated better and catered to. If you are one that has little money but have ability to treat yourself, treated as an abomination is nice at best. If you get something relatively cheap performed, you feel as if you are a hindrance. Only in the Corpus Christi location do you feel like this.

The place looked very good. They need better people to do the massage, Facial and Pedicure. I was very disappointment in what was done as the massage was not good and it did not make me feel any better. The pedicure was not good either as she did clean my foot good and my nails.. The place looks really good but they need better quality people to do the service.

All staff at the Woodhouse Day Spa are friendly, polite and professional. Started going there several months ago as a way to treat myself and take better care if myself. I am a Registered Nurse and was leary about getting these services done due to potential sanitation issues surrounding these services. Was referred by a local physician that is a personal friend of mine who assured me that I would be 100% satisfied with this facility. She was right. I am now a regular customer and go to the Woodhouse every two weeks for Manicures, Pedicures and Microdermabrasion/Anti-aging Facials. This Day Spa is exceptionally clean and the staff take all necessary precautions to assure your procedures are carried out utilizing proper sanitary techniques and cleaning methods.

Upon arrival you slip into a robe and relax in a soothing quiet room where you sip hot cinnamon tea. The tea is excellent. Next I had the hot stone massage followed by a pedicure. It was very relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed the pampering. I can't wait to go back!

I was asked to arrive early to complete pre-visit paperwork. They took me to the "quiet room" where I was served the most amazing Hot Cinnamon tea. There was plenty of reading materials, including magazines and books. They brought me a second cup of tea and then led me to the pedicure area. Very nice experience. Hot pack for my neck. Heated massage lounge chair. Not too much conversation, but not silent. Very relaxing.
