On 5/16/2013, one of the original engineers showed up at my door without calling. He had a friend that wanted to look at work that needed to be done. I was supposed to be emailed a report with details of the problem, an estimate of what the cost was going to be to fix the problem, and an invoice for coming out. I did not like that they came back without calling first. Finally, on July 6,2013, I received in the mail an invoice and report and an estimate from Precision Pier & Beam Foundation Repair. Maybe it normally takes 2 months to work up a report. I will pay the invoice amount for the inspection report, but will get a couple more bids for the repair work. My only complaint would be that they took so long. The engineers were very nice.
