I highly recommend Donald (Superior). We found him in the Yellow Pages and called him shortly after Harvey hit. We figured he'd be very busy, which he was, but he came over within a few hours to give us a bid. We accepted on the spot and put down the deposit and he immediately got on the phone and called the city to start the process of getting the utility co's out to survey the lines so he wouldn't hit them when digging. He cautioned us that it would take some time because of the volume of work and managed our expectations. He fit us in his schedule in a timely manner and I think he understood our concern since the house is on a very busy street. Bid to finish was less than two weeks which I think is reasonable considering the amount of post-Harvey work volume in the area. Once they set the posts, they came back and completed the fence in one day, staying late to do so. And the fence looks great! I watched as they did it and they made sure it was level and used good boards. I am so appreciative of Donald because I know how busy he's been and he came through with reasonable timing, great quality of service and a reasonable cost plus he's just a super nice and professional guy.
