Outstanding job I would highly recommend them

They were so bad. They were in and out in 20 minutes and they did a horrible job. It was just awful. The following year, somebody called me from them and asked if we wanted to have it done again. I said no because the last time was just terrible, it was awful. They asked if we complained about it the last time and if we wanted them to come again this year, and I said no. Actually I have been getting the carpet cleaning machine from Lowe's and doing it myself, and I did a much better job. Lowe's is probably 5 blocks away from me so it's easy to pick up the machine and do it whenever I want to. I wouldn't use them again.

It was excellent. It was done well. They were fully happy to comeback if there were any problems. They didn’t comeback because there were no problems. I think their price was fine. They were fine.

As the process went along, he barely was working on the pieces.  I consider it a half way job, barely going over the fabric.  He did not take time, he rushed through it, then said he couldn't get the stains out.  It wasn't stains, it was dirt.  Had he taken his time and slowly went over the area he might have been successful.  Awful job, waste of money.  So after two rounds of quick once over, he had already packed up his equipment without me seeing the results....and it was still dirty!  I said to him he needed to keep going over it until it's clean, especially at these prices.  His response was that he had already packed up, did I want him to unpack? (body language telling me he didn't want to unpack).  I said no, it's not like you'd do the work necessary to actually clean it, so don't bother.  Very unhappy.  Waste of money, completely.

I brought the cushion to their site and picked it up the next day.

The owner and everyone there could not have been nicer. The former owners ere nowhere near this enthusiastic about the business, but that is OVER!

I was actually not present at the time they came over to service but my wife was.  They did the job and did it quick.  They showed up on time.  They were a little pricey but he was a good man and didn't over charge me.

They provided standard service. I didn't have any problems with them and I would use them again in the future.

I will use them this summer.

Cleaned the three rooms and hallway. Afterwards tech  treported the areas had not been very dirty. He also cleaned the stained area and provided a 10 day guarantee. The stain returned as soon as the carpet dried. Stanley Steamer returned and re-shampooed the stained area. The stain was still visible and the tech announced that was the best he could do. The next day I cleaned the stain with an over the counter product and was able to remove it myself.  Bottom line, Stanely Steamer just didn't try very hard to get out the stain, but still charged me full price.

The job went fantastic. They are punctual and very patient. All I can say is to dial them up.

The experience from the initial phone call to completion was very smooth and professional.

We got an estimate all via the internet. I would say they are not the least expensive, but they usually do a really good job. We usually try to go with them if we can, but they were more expensive than another guy.

We're selling our house and needed the carpets spotless. I searched online for some local carpet cleaners and found the Stanley Steemer website the most professional and helpful. I loved their online scheduling service--I even saved 10% by using this feature. The day before the scheduled visit I received a call narrowing down the appointment's time to the exact time (8:30 AM). The worker showed up within 10 minutes of the time. He was very friendly and helpful. it took less than thirty minutes. He showed me a couple of spots that he couldn't get out. I was disappointed that he couldn't remove the spots, but I was appreciative that he didn't try to hide them or make excuses. The carpet looks great.
