 + 0 moreWe have been Sprint customers for a long time. They are competitive. I've had AT&T and Sprint, and Sprint is pretty good as far as I'm concerned. It appears to be about average. As far as the service of the phone company, it is great. As far as going in to the place itself, they weren't exactly tremendously helpful. We have insurance with Sprint and they didn't offer to walk us through anything. They basically told us we were on our own when the insurance company that Sprint operates said they could have taken care of it for us. They didn't render any service at all so it didn't cost anything. The insurance cost $100, but they didn't offer to help with the insurance at all. As far as the phone service, I have no problem with it. The price is good.
Description of Work: My wife damaged her phone and we went in to Sprint.

 + -1 moreI have been a Sprint customer since they have been available in my area. They are good, but their prices are high. I have always had great service with them.
