To say the least, I was not happy I spent almost $1000 on a unit that now needed to be replaced. Communication with the manager was fair at best and speaking to the supervisor was not much help either. Because I felt stuck, I decided to pay the money to have the entire unit replaced. I'm sure each mishap with the AC unit has a good explanation but it is very disappointing to waste that kind of money and still not have a working unit.

I had never used them, but they were recommended by a friend.  I was able to obtain a same-day appointment.  The technician was courteous and professional.  He found the problem and fixed it quickly.  It was much cheaper than I anticipated.  Very pleased with them.  Would use them again.

They did a fantastic job. Years ago, they were the only ones who had come out when I called and serviced the units that we had in our house, and so we thought we would call them when my husband and I were ready to put in new units. They are very good and reliable, and you can count on them to treat you right. They are very efficient.

The experience was excellent.  First price was 20% less than the nearest low bidder.  Communication was complete and timely. Once the deal was accepted they showed up when they said they would and completed the work in one day.  I can feel the cool and the electric bill going down.
