To say the least, I was not happy I spent almost $1000 on a unit that now needed to be replaced. Communication with the manager was fair at best and speaking to the supervisor was not much help either. Because I felt stuck, I decided to pay the money to have the entire unit replaced. I'm sure each mishap with the AC unit has a good explanation but it is very disappointing to waste that kind of money and still not have a working unit.

I had never used them, but they were recommended by a friend.  I was able to obtain a same-day appointment.  The technician was courteous and professional.  He found the problem and fixed it quickly.  It was much cheaper than I anticipated.  Very pleased with them.  Would use them again.

Only fair.  At first they said I had to pay up front for the replacement because they would have to wait on the warranty paperwork to come through.  I said 'No.'  They agreed to hold a check for the full amount until the warranty paperwork went through. I called them a week later, then a month later so I could close the file, and it still had not come through. I'm glad I insisted on them doing the work instead of waiting on the paperwork! Finally, four months later I called and learned that the paperwork had been settled.

I got a notice to renew our service contract. I set up a time with a technician to come out, check out our heating system, and start a new service contract for $129.  He never showed up, and I never got an explanation or a call to reschedule.

Roughly a month later (today), I called and asked to speak to a manager. I told him about what had happened. He apologized and told me things were getting better.  Four hours later their dispatcher left a message to set up an appointment, but called me by the name of the house's prior owner.

Communication seems to be a problem.

They did a fantastic job. Years ago, they were the only ones who had come out when I called and serviced the units that we had in our house, and so we thought we would call them when my husband and I were ready to put in new units. They are very good and reliable, and you can count on them to treat you right. They are very efficient.

The experience was excellent.  First price was 20% less than the nearest low bidder.  Communication was complete and timely. Once the deal was accepted they showed up when they said they would and completed the work in one day.  I can feel the cool and the electric bill going down.
