When I arrived at the salon for a scheduled 3:30 appointment with Maria (the owner), she was involved in a rather heated conversation with another client who was not satisfied. I waited quite a while and Maria, still involved with the argument, asked if I would mind if someone else colored my hair and Maria would then cut it. I said that was fine. Dulce colored my hair and took a very long time to do it, though I was happy with the color. At 5:00 she was finally finished, and tole me that Maria went home. Maria and quot;forgotand quot; about our appointment. Would I mind if Dulce and quot;trimmedand quot; my hair. I thought that was be okay, thinking I would come back a later date for Maria's cut. Dulce cut my hair - and it was horrible. Short, short, short. I felt like I had a man's haircut. The bangs we had worked so hard to grow out so they could be swept over where above my eyebrows, and totally uneven. The back looked like a man's haircut. I was so shocked. I paid and left at 7:00. Yes, this appointment with all the waiting took 3.5 hours! My friends were horrified - one said I looked like someone who had undergone radiation therapy - the cut was so uneven all over, so terribly short that I even had razor burns on my neck. I will never, ever go back. Maria never should have forgotten about her client. And Dulce obviously has little training in cutting hair. It is about one month later and I still HATE this haircut. There is nothing that grows slower than a bad haircut!!

Color was great but cut was way off. I wanted a certain style and it was cut to their preferences.

Both the shampoo person and the stylist were very courteous and listened to what I wanted, also made suggestions that were great! Loved my hairstyle and the way it felt!

I heard a stylist talking and she said she just got out of school. On there web site it said she was a master stylist. This man named Anthony was horribly rude to me and said they had treatments for my hair and didn't offer a discount. I left very upset and will never go back.

I had written a review back in September and was happy with the service then. However at my last appointment I was very dissatisfied and won't be returning. The owner's husband who works the front desk complained the whole time about the women that worked there. He told me how happy he was that he didn't expand because he would be bankrupt. And he also told me that his aesthetician was terrible and mean but he couldn't get rid of her. This was all while the stylist was coloring my hair. I had to keep reminding her to remove dye that was getting on my face because she was very sloppy this time. I had to use dye remover after I got home anyway because she wasn't listening to me. I had also styled my hair myself at home and took pictures to show her so she would know how I wear my hair. I sparingly use hair spray because I'm allergic and told her so. She sprayed every piece of my hair before curling it. I left there looking like Shirley Temple with crunchy hair. It took me 3 hours to comb it out after I got home so I could pull it back into a ponytail so my hair wouldn't be on my face. The highlights were also very splotchy and bled.

I called and had an appointment for that day. After really bad experiences for the past 3 years at other salons, I was really nervous. Upon walking in, my husband and I were greated and told we would be seen momentarily. Dulce was my stylist. After explaining to her what I needed done and my fears, she reassured me that I was in good hands. And I was. She gave me an all over red (which is a hard color to do) with golden highlights. And then I asked her to fix the bad haircut I had been dealing with for the past 3 years. I can actually wear my hair down now without having to flat iron it all the time.
My husband on the other hand wasn't so happy..at first. He was sat near that back of the salon with another stylist. I don't know how experienced she was but he told her exactly how he wanted it cut. That didn't happen. He stopped her in the middle of the cut before it went beyond being able to be fixed. Then told the gentleman at the front what the problem was and was sat with another stylist next to me who fixed his cut.

They are very good at what they do. My hairdresser Jessica is really nice and funny. What I also like about her is that she is creative.

Veronica does a great job on haircuts and color.

Did a fabulous job sewing in hair extensions. Price was reasonable and competitive. Great salon!

They way they cut hair, is not like normally you go in and they just cut straight across. They do different things, just really attractive cuts.
