Mr. Gonzalez and his crew did an excellent job of cleaning our house. Santos as well as his crew have a professional manner and everything was cleaned as promised. It is such a great feeling to start moving into our home with it smelling and looking so clean and spotless. They pretty much detailed our home-- cabinets and drawers, fridge, and stove in the kitchen were cleaned out and wiped down; the bathroom is now sparkling and fresh. The other rooms' floors were mopped, windows cleaned, and moldings/baseboards all dusted. Their service was worth every penny! Definitely recommend and will call as needed in the future.

We had a list of about 50 things. They did them. We left for about 2 hours for a fair well party, and when we came back they were almost finished with the home.

The morning of 9/6/2012 Santos called me to confirm he was driving out to begin the work. He arrived on time as scheduled. He was accompanied by his assistant. I gave him the detailed list of the work I wanted done and verbally went over it with him and his assistant. I asked them if they had any questions. They indicated that they understood what I wanted done so I told them I would be going back to my home next door to work in my office and to call me on my cell phone if they had any questions or concerns. They promptly went about their work so I left. I popped in later in the morning to check on them and they were busy cleaning. They started work at, I think, around 9 AM and finished up by 4 PM. Santos called me to let me know they were finished and to see the work they did. I did a cursory, non-detailed review of their work. I did check in detail the oven and stove which were very dirty. They did an excellent job cleaning the oven and kitchen appliances. They also did a decent job cleaning the bathrooms. Santos confirmed the cost would be $180.00 so I wrote him check. He thanked me for the business, and then he and his assistant left. Later on I did a detailed walk-thru of the unit and noticed small puddles of water on the ceramic tile in various rooms throughout that they should have done a better job of wiping up with the mop. They had wiped down the birch cabinets but it appeared that some of the dirt on cabinets was smeared and no properly wiped off. I was somewhat annoyed by what I discovered. I would consider calling Santos again if I need his cleaning services, but I would definitely make sure next time that I would physically show him how I want something cleaned with a quick and quot;in-serviceand quot; example and then make sure I did a thorough walk-thru with him after he completed the work to catch any concerns for him to correct then and there. One of my family members back home owns and operates a cleaning business so I very aware and empathetic to the fact that many clients want and quot;the world and moreand quot; when it comes to a and quot;detailedand quot; cleaning work and only want to pay $5.00 for it when the actual cost is a couple hundred dollars and more depending on the extent of the work. I don't have a problem paying for quality work and don't and quot;nickle and dimeand quot; my contractors; I just want to get what I am paying for. If Santos thinks he needs a greater fee for the service I might request in the future, I would suggest he be just say so. As I said before, I don't have a problem paying for what I want done.

His prices are right and he does a good job. I would recommend them. I have been using him for 3 years. He occasionally has helpers.
