Whenever they showed up, worked hard, then gone.; Unorganized, cocky and thoroughly convinced he is the best and smartest. Wants purchaser to take his advice although Moreno doesn't really seem to know what he's talking about. Always wants a check. Left large trash pile in back yard after repeated requests to perform final clean up and removal (as was originally agreed to in bid). No problems nickel and dime the homeowner to death. Suggest reduce bid and price (all) on paper in very great detail. Bad experience, dead plants, planted new plants over sprinkler heads. Have requested / now demanded removal of (his) trash pile created during construction/work Never his fault!; Not responsible for things broken by him or his crew. In all fairness, yard was well cleaned each evening before crew departed. Guys on crew were very good, but dealing with owner was a joke. Owner was person most impressed with his "professional" services. Agreed on day one to haul off his trash, left us with large pile of material bags, plant containers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USE OF THIS SERVICE / COMPANY TO ANYONE. .

"Member has exaggerated in so many levels.Stayed professonal on all levels trying to deal with a complicted customer.Dispoal had not been discussed until the end wasnt included in agreement.But was more than happy to remove from property for a reasonable fee.Asked to leave payment for disposal fee as he had left prior and has not left it as he normally had.Told him numerous times,leave disposal fee more than happy to remove,never did.Can't dispose for free.Claimed he would attend with us to landfill for free disposal.Never did.Exaggerated on payment total labor was 2,500 for labor only paid 2,100 the rest was for purchase of top soil,sod,plants, mulch, but claims its all labor as if all material was free.Saved him on soil,originally priced and three hundred found it inexpensive else where by half passed him the savings.Did not express any gratitude what so ever.Project was designed in phases and expected payment after each phase which was agreed in the begining.All in all, bad experience with customer and did the best i could do for him with what i was dealt with.My work speaks for itself and he knows it.Just won't admit it.Willing to return if he's wiliing to admit he's exaggeration on this site was a bit much.But i will remain to produce Quality Service with Quality rates for anyone."
