Rizzio construction owned by Joe Rizzio was the worst general contractor I could have found. He bungled most of the construction aspects or our condo remodel, including hiring unqualified sub-contractors requiring to do the same service twice. In addition, he stole the money ($4000.00) we had advanced him for a construction phase that he never even started. The new windows he ordered for our place were of the wrong type and size; I ended up donating them to charity. Do yourself a favor and give this guy a wide birth. Overall he cost us 6 months delay and and about $6000.00 wasted. He was recommended to us by his in laws Brenda and Jim Andrew of Ultima Real Estate who helped us find the property. It was presented to us that Jim Andrew would be equally involved in the construction: instead he was never there and Joe was working alone and totally out of his league on this project.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of Condo including: Removal of existing walls New framing Sheetrock and texturing The last phase was when we fired him for gross delays in construction time and poor workmanship.
