I've had poor service by them. Their pricing, quality of employees, responsiveness and punctually could all be improved. Overall the value of the work compared to the price is fair.

Rick's response time from my initial call was very quick, I had a bid by the next day. I had to wait a few days because he had jobs in front of me but I did not mind. Rick is a true tree professional and does great work.

Everything went great. He came for an estimate the same day we called. After we decided he was the man for the job we called him and he said he would be here on the following Monday. We told him that would be great and that there was no rush. Late Monday afternoon he called and said he would be there on Tuesday. Around 5 or 6 guys were there on Tuesday and in about one hour they went in and cut and removed all the branches. We were very pleased with the work. All employees were friendly and worked quickly. We would definitely hire them again.

Job went VERY well. Rick showed up right on time to give quote and right on time to do the job. He had very qualified
people who made the job very efficient. Rick was there the who time working with his crew and I really appreciated that.
My next door neighbor saw the job Rick did got Rick to trim his trees as well.

They did everything we wanted and Rick supervised the on-job efforts. Very professional with obvious tree trimming knowledge, expertise, and credibility. Rick is definately an "arborist" who also improved our property curb-appeal.

I was impressed with the crew he brought out, they worked fast and did anything extra I asked for and kept the price down.
Ricks tree service did an excellent cleanup after the work was completed, even Shook's LawnService was impressed.

Excellent work. Will definitely do business with them again.

They have a warranty that if something comes down in the middle of the year, they will come out and resolve it.
