Residential Brick Repair

Rebricked house.  Painted parabola, iron fence, and brick house.  Re-built patio with pavers.  It's a show-stopper.  He is working on my next-door neighbor's house now.  I have additional tasks for him when he's finished!

Mr. Ramirez came out within a week after calling him and gave me a detailed estimate of the work he thought was necessary and how much it would be.  We agreed on the job and Mr. Ramirez completed it within an agreed upon time frame.  We had to battle with the weather, but Mr. Ramirez stayed on the job until it was completed.  He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. 
I would recommend him to anyone who would like a experienced professional masonary.

Hector was very punctual and performed the work with great professionalism. He explained what he was going to do to correct the problem prior to beginning the work and he performed it exactly as explained.

He did a very good job. He did a pretty extensive work and it was very well done. He was very conscientious.

     Hector Ramirez came to our home to look at the wide cracks in the brick under and around our dining room window and the cracks in our bricks and crumbling cement at the corner of our house.  He assessed the situation, explained what he would need to do to fix it and gave us an estimate that same day.  Hector arrived the next day and was not able to start the job because the bricks he picked up to replace the cracked bricks did not match perfectly to his satisfaction.  He came back the day after that at about 10:00 am with the correctly matching bricks and started work.  Hector had to remove several of the cracked bricks on the corner of the house and cleaned out large chunks of dried mortar that had fallen behind the bricks when the house was built.  He also had to remove some of the cement that had crumbled under the bricks.  He then put in new bricks and repaired the cement.  He also fixed all the cracked areas between the bricks under the dining room window.  As with our previous experience his work was perfection.  He was able to complete all the repairs in one day and was very thorough in cleaning up. Mr. Ramirez returned the next evening to check on his repairs.
     I highly recommend Mr. Ramirez and he is the first one I would call with any future problems.

I had been wanting to get repairs done for some time but was hesitant because I am very particular & wanted the mortor to match the old mortar between the brick.  I always dread getting any type of  repair work done because it seems that most  work provided doesn't meet  up to my expectations.  I had asked around about masonery services but could not find anyone who could recommend someone.  I then decided to look in the phone book.  I called  Residential Brick Repairs.  I told the owner, Hector Ramirez what I needed done.  After talking to him about his qualifications and experience, I discovered that he had been in the masonery business for over 20 years and had apprenticed under a man I knew well  who was a excellent mason but was now passed away.  Hector came to my house in a very timely manner to look at the job required and give me an estimate.  I was satisfied with the estimate. I also asked him if he would take care with my flower beds!  Hector came several days later to do the work.  He and his helper were so professional.   My brick now looks great.   I plan to have  him back in the fall  to clean my brick after some nearby construction work is finished.
