Bruce was very thorough throughout the process insuring that the source of the leak was identified and corrected. He came when he said he would and completed the work on schedule. He is a person with integrity, which is evident in working with him. He is also very pleasant and his pricing is very fair. I could not be more pleased with the finished product and wholeheartedly recommend him. I do plan on using him on future projects.

When I wrote the review above the contractor had not finished installing the baseboard trim or the trim around the fireplace.?? He has never returned or tired to call me.?? I paid $900.00 for this portion of the job and it has never been done.? The only trim he installed was some that he took of when he installed the floor.?? I have had other flooring companies do work for me and they always put on new trim.? I initially give them a good report and the owner called me and thanked me but he has never finished the job.

The owners were pretty easy to work with. They were reliable. I recommend this company for small jobs. We ended up doing a lot of the work they were supposed to do.

Bruce Talamantes called the city to have the utility lines marked.  Once that was done, he dug the holes for the poles to be placed.  The poles were secured with cement on that day.  The next day he came back to construct the top of the pergola which was an all day project.  The following day he came back to put metal wiring across the top to allow the vines to cover the top of the pergola.  Clean up was done and we now have a beautiful pergola in our back yard.

We got them from Angie's List and Bruce Talamants is the owner. They are doing a different job for us now and it's for $16000. We contacted them for like two or three jobs.

I thought it went great. They did what they said they would do, when they would do it and they did it faster than I expected. They cleaned it up and I would use them again. I think they were very efficient. The important thing was they did what they said would do. When they said they were coming, that is when they started and I find it very fast, faster than I was expecting. They would clean up and they did a very good job with that. The price was better than I was expecting.

They had a crew who completed the job in one day. The materials were delivered at 8am and they were finished by 6pm. Totally cleaned up. I am very pleased with this company.

Reliable Renovations (Bruce and Tamara) came in with great ideas on modernizing the feel and maintaining the structural integrity of the house.  They were very professional and helped us keep the cost down.  They were friendly and honest.  They were able to start demolition in the living room/dining room/kitchen within a week and had completed all projects in two weeks.  The house looks great with the new open floor plan.  We are able to get more rental income due to these improvements and we will make our money back in no time.  
 
We plan on using them again for updating the bathrooms in the rent house in the near future.
 We highly recommend Reliable Renovations and plan on using them for future projects on our residence as well.
