Talked to one of their project leaders, Anthony. Was very responsive and courteous at first. Told me they were busy but was able to get out to my place within a couple of days to look at the scope of the work. Over the next 3 weeks I called or texted him about a half dozen times requesting the estimates. Actually talked to him twice. Both times he said he would have it to me by the end of the day. Never happened. Left one or two messages with the main office. Never returned my calls. No way to run a business. What a joke and waste of my time.

During the estimate James gave great advice and helpful ideas. James and his helper arrived on time and worked efficiently. The remodeled bathroom looks beautiful. They were professional and talented. You may have to wait to fit in his schedule but I think it is worth it to personally have the owner there every day.

Overall we found James to be a hard worker, authough he was rarely here by 10 am, and was usually gone by 4 pm. When he was here he was busy. We were happy with the design of the master bath, and shower, however we had some issues with the tile work which didnt match up,( which was corrected), but the shower itself looked unfinished because he didnt put in the cap tiles or frame it out....we had these raw edges that my husband had to go back and fix. He also left grout all over the freshly painted ceiling which also had to be fixed. The plumbing work seems to be fine. His sheet rock work was rough, and seams are visible in several areas, and his texture job was also rather rough, with several areas that look like drips running down the wall. The bamboo flooring he installed looks wonderful, no complaints other than the fact that I hired him to do the entire house and he has now informed me that he wont be returning. He also did an awesome job of the crown moulding, but failed to touch up the nail holes.
We spent the entire month of December under construction, and I know that we probably slowed James down, but my husband and I both work full time, and did our best to be accomodating. At the end of Janurary he anounced he was finished for the time being and would be back at the end of the month,as he had another job to do. We agreed that we could wait, and he could finish our floors and kitchen project then. He packed up in what seemed like a hurry, leaving sawdust and dirt all over the floor, which i was really not happy about, however maybe I watch too much HGTV? I paid him what I thought was the final balance, and expected he would keep his word and return to at least finish the floors which I could've had lumber liquidators intall, however James assured me he would do it so I agreed.
I was really not happy when I thought we had paid him, and several days later he calls saying we still owe him $500.00? My response was and quot;for whatand quot;? My husband and I asked him for a final bill, so we could see where the extra $500.00 was coming from, and also attempted to meet with him several times so we could settle up. He simply refused to meet with us and began this texting campainge which I thought was very immature about how we didnt pay him, and made him do all sorts of extra work etc......??? I think James was well paid for a project that was left unfinished and messy, however, we did add the crown moulding and Had him angle the shower tiles which I guess = $500.00, so the check is in the mail. Now I would apprciate my housekey being returned and an apology for not keeping your word and finishing what you said you would.

The work was alright but we are quoted at a certain amount of time like it should have to be done like a week and a half before we have the baby and we told them we wanted them to have it done before the baby came and they finished off the day before we have the baby so it still have pain and all that stuff in it. The time frame that we wanted it done didn't match up with it and then they called and say like they will be back tomorrow and then they wouldn't show up for like another day. My wife will wait up and they would never show up. That happens three or four different times.

"Thank you for you review. When we spoke the first time regarding your project and your short time frame that I would do my best to fit your project in between other projects ending and starting to try to meet your deadline. I was able to complete the project before the dead line. I am sorry that I was not able to start the project any sooner than when we agreed to. Thank you and congratulations on the arrival of your little girl."

We met with him again several weeks ago to make sure that we understood what we were buying and what he was giving us. Now we are ready to rock and roll. He is very genuine, sincere and honest. He also is very personable and I like that about him. My project is going to cost about $4,500.
