Pete's crew was on time, cleaned up after themselves and I got a fair price for some professionally installed gutters.
What else is there that matters.

I wanted a gutter system but did not want ugly gutters and downpours. I wanted it to blend with the colors of my house. This company did an excellent job designing a system that meet both needs and preferences. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries. As firemen, they are trained to deal properly with the public and display professionalism. A++++.

Slow as h*** to get to job, however they told me this at the time I ordered the work be performed. Small job, great product! Fast Installation (once they got there 2 months later). Bid was same as final price.

Overall project was excellent. Individuals arrived on time for first meeting and were very professional. They took measurements, assisted with color choices and recommended gutter setup and downspout locations. They advised upfront on their workload and the length of time it would take to order specific color downspouts and perform the job. They stuck to their timeframe and I was very satisfied with the timeframe and the installation itself. I highly recommend this company for all your gutter work.

The estimate was reasonable when compared to similar bids.
We prepaid materials only, which is reasonable given we needed a specific color.

We were a relatively small job so the guys could not get to us right away.
When finally done, it's as good a job, neat, professional, as I've ever seen. They even painted the screw heads to match the custom color of the aluminum.
We were not in a hurry to get the job done so things worked out fine. A very fine company.

Overall Protex folks did a good installation just weeks before we got the first real rain in months.

His name is Pete Gideon. I interviewed many different gutter guys before I found him and he understood and built what I wanted. He gave me a good estimate and was the cheapest by far of all the companies that I contacted for estimates. He also helped me find tanks for the water and offered to help me move them down here. I collect 12,000 thousand gallons of rainwater at every incident of rain. It is cheaper to buy rain barrels in California even with the shipping than in Texas.
