Pro Pools

after they finally got here, it took them weeks to install a pool that should not have taken more than a few days. LARGE wrinkle in side of liner they owner said he would come back and fix once water was warm enough, July in Texas and not back yet. Told him pump shuts off when it wants and doesn't run properly, said he called manufacturer and left a message and was waiting for a call back from them, that it was under warranty, haven't heard anything since. went weeks with no ladder, said he was ordering a part that they didn't send with it, then said waiting for ladder, (which is it)? Then brought a ladder that is scraped up on one side, looks used. Installers cut the top rails crooked and never even got to show him that. charged for tons of sand and not even level underneath, wrinkles all through bottom. Top rails are mounted crooked on one side because bolts are missing and some are not bolted to the flange, parts are snapped right off under the caps. Would not recommend.

It has been about a month now and I have not been able to have anyone respond to messages I leave requesting any updates to the status. No actual work has been done yet, so I can't speak to the quality & price of service, but the professionalism of communication is terrible.

We called and left a message which they returned quickly.  He came out, looked at the location and pool and gave us an estimate including what services he would perform for that estimate.  He said they would start in 5 days and be finished in 2 days.  The next day he called back and asked if they could start the next day as another job had been postponed.  This was great with us.  The crew came out on time and did exactly what they said they would do.  They were professional, courteous, and fast.  They cleaned up any mess they made before they left and kept us informed of how things were going each step of the way.  We whole-heartily recommend Pro Pool & Spa Service.
