Mr. Sanchez' work was unacceptable. When work was actually being done, I was on the site almost weekly catching blatantly obvious errors that he failed to observe. I had to continuously point out shoddy workmanship that his subcontractors had left behind. I rarely saw him on the site, as he was known to leave his subcontractors unsupervised. He blamed the inferior work and lack of progress on "a shortage of skilled labor" and on underbidding the project. However, I had not see him performing much, if any, physical labor on the project since he started. He advertised himself as a "foundation repairman" who had first hand experience in physical labor but refused to do any labor whatsoever when he felt he was not making the money he had anticipated on the project.
After more than two months of very little progress on the project, I was forced to terminate my contact with him. He was not only a disappointment to me, but also to the independent engineer on the project because the engineer was unable to complete and turn in his paperwork.
I would not recommend hiring Precision Pier & Beam under any circumstances.
