PALM BAY RENTAL MANAGEMENT

The apartment had not been cleaned. The dishwasher didn't work. Internet didn't work. Bed linens were worn out. Strong ordor of MOLD coming from the crawl space.Thethat's just the way it is doen her h day I turned my keys in there were 2 other renters complaining about the order as well...they were told that that's just the way it is down here...I'm from her and that not the way it is!!! When I told her about the things not working in the apartment she began to chew me out saying that I should have called. Well, after the mess with the internet(it took over 3 weeks to get it fixed) I didn't want to bother them anymore because they got so put out that I needed any repairs. Once you are in a contract, they don't want to be bothered with you and you can hear it in their voices. The ladies in the office are rude. They lied to me several times. I moved out on August 11. Today is Ocober 2nd. My deposit refund was mail to the wrong address several weeks ago. When I called on Thursday to ask about it AGAIN Ruby told me that Debra is who I needed to talk to and the she was out sick and would be back on Monday. So I call back today, Wed., and Ruby tells me that Debra is not feeling weel and that she will talk to her when she comes in later this week. I felt that she wa lying so I call back. Robin puts me thru to DEBRA!!!!!!! Debra tells me that she was with a client and that she is NEVER out sick!!!! And I have to wait ANOTHER WEEK!!!! And doesn't want to hear a thing about Ruby lying to me....twice!!!! Sorry to say that there are more details and conversations but it would take to much time. JUST DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
