I put my house up for sale on September 25th 2012. There were 2 realtors looking to represent me in selling my home. I originally chose Paula Gaut to sell my home, but Joan Gonzales kept pressuring me with calls and unflattering information about Paula Gaut. I gave in and that was my mistake. Joan Gonzales provided me with flyers for my front lawn box. I was getting about 30 flyers every 2 and a half weeks. I had a corner lot so I had very good traffic and the flyers were moving at steady pace. I kept track of the flyers by feeding the box myself so that I could count the flyers gone each day. I took for granted the neighbors would take the 1st lot of flyers. The second lot of 30 flyers I expected some better results. I went 30 days without any viewings of my home. A neighbor told me that "that lady doesn't have your best interest in mind" and left it at that. I got my daughter (incognito) to call Joan asking for an appointment to see the house....when Joan Gonzales found that my daughter was qualified for more money than my house was selling for Joan quickly moved her to higher priced homes trying to leave my house out of the equation, Only upon my daughters insistence did Joan finally agree to show my house. I found another realtor quickly within the Pacesetter agencey but have a great mistrust of the profession now.
