Rodney Sanchez founded the company that is now known as, On The Level Foundation & Roofing, LLC in 1996. Using the leadership skills and techniques that his father passed down to him he has made the business into what it is today. When the company started it was just in the foundation repair industry but over time, has expanded into multiple areas of construction. Throughout the years the team at On The Level has grown with the construction industry learning and adapting to new methods and technology.
