They were great, they were able to come out at the time I needed them to come out. They were able to get all the work done in one day. Scheduling went great as well.

I contracted with Neal A/C to install a new Lennox super-high efficiency A/C and heating system in my rental home in Corpus Christi, Texas.  They installed an XC13-036 with an "SEER of 14" at an above average cost of $5987 on December 13, 2,007.  I also bought the extended warranty, don't remember for how much.  Within two years the evaporator coil developed a leak and had to be replaced.  This is a major repair but was covered mostly by the extended warranty.  I let the warranty expire and every year there after, there was something else wrong with this system.  I had to replace the capacitor, have it recharged yearly and most recently, the coil needed to be replaced again.  Then, the condenser fan motor went out.  All these costs totaled thousands of dollars and usually occurred on a Saturday when I was out of town on business.  I called Daniel at Neal A/C and he agreed to replace the coil the second time, at only the cost of labor,  but this was about $700.  I asked him to come out and remove this junk system but he refused. It has lasted only 7 years and has been nothing but trouble.  When I asked other Corpus Christi A/C repair companies their opinions of Lennox, they said they do not recommend them due to their poor quality, high cost of parts, and frequent maintenance.  
      I do not recommend any Lennox  A/C system since they are too unreliable and prone to breaking down.  I have a Carrier A/C system in my home and it has lasted 22 years without any major problems. Also, Daniel the manager, at Neal A/C is prone to making excuses for everything and is ill informed about what is going on at his company.  He said the condenser fan motor had been replaced by his technician at my rental home on a Saturday,  but that was not the case.  I had to ask him to call his technician and confirm this repair and he was wrong.  Also, when I tried to call Lennox customer service, they put me on hold and then hung up.
      Bottom line, don't buy a Lennox A/C system and don't use Neal A/C repair in Corpus Christi, Texas.

It took 7 days and 5 trips to our house to ultimately determine we needed to replace a 3 yr old compressor. They tried everything they knew to do so even though it was costly to us, they were able to get factory replacement for a new compressor with discounted labor installation. Very nice service techs and management.

Super friendly and helpful in setting up appointments. They came in and did the checkup and all was ok.

Technician was on time, friendly, and provided an understanding of the problem and what he did to correct the problem. We will continue to do business with NEAL AC. Suggest you five NEAL a chance to prove their capability.

They have been in business since the 1960's and are established. They respond quite fast and I will use them again in the future.

They did a terrific job. Very glad we bought top of the line a/c. Replacing the 23 year old ductwork has reduced our electric bill by half!.The condenser outside was makiing a funny sound about 4 months after installation and they replaced the entire thing for no charge. Very pleased and got a nifty pot holder before they left. FYI, the 2 other companies tried to sell us on an expensive de-humidifier which we did not buy and have never missed.

They were very professional. I was the only person in the house and they made me feel comfortable. There were three guys here in the house. They did what they said they were going to do. I'm saving 25 percent on my electric bill. They helped with the paperwork to get the rebates.

Very professional and efficient. Work was done as promised and on time. I had a temporary problem with payment, and the company helped me work it out. Air conditioning bills cut by even more than they said would be. I'm extremely pleased with the results.
