I am a small business, with my sons as helpers. In licensed trades electricity, plumbing, HVAC I use subcontractors I can trust. Estimates are FREE. I have a minimum charge of $45. which includes the first hour of work. The $35 per hour there after. Time and material jobs.

Mr. Lehaman showed up at the job site very professional and quoted us a very fair price for the job we needed.He did not try to over charge us on the supplies. He did not waste our time nor his and got stright to work. We were very pleased and happy with the finished work as well as the quality of the work. We would recommend him to anyone in need of his services. He came with all his supplies for the job and with his helper who was also very professional. We will be using him in the future for many of our other needs.
