Morgan Pools & Spas

We took ladder out when closing pool around Sept. 2008. Put the ladder back in when opening in May 2009. Used for about 2 weeks when the ladder snapped in 2 places. Called Morgan to see if they had a sturdier ladder we could buy and after the third call they told us to bring in the pieces that broke and they would order them. That was over a month ago and 3 or 4 calls later to them, found out the lady that ordered the parts was no longer there(Tina Miro). The last person I talked to was named Jason, took my number and name and said he would check into it,never heard anything. I called what I thought was the corporate office in Dallas because that was what I was told, got Halletsville, Tx and was told David Staff was over Corpus office but was on a call, so I was put thru to warehouse to Jamie Windsky. As usual, no answer and I left my name and number once again and no call back. After a few days I called that number again and same thing, an answering machine, didn't leave number. I was told by Tina when we went to give her the parts that they had had problems with some of the ladders so I don't know if that was why she was no longer there
