They did not clean as promised. Did a horrible job on dusting - used an oily furniture cleaner and only halfway wiped it ...left it streaky. Bathtubs were not cleaned. Think they just poured cleaner that smells good to mask that they had not cleaned. The only thing that was decent was the mopping. After discussing with them about what was not done as agreed to for the price paid, they said they would come back and complete the job but they never showed up or called. Would definitely not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

I hired Mindy Maids to deep clean my home just before I brought my mom home from the hospital with cancer in September. I still retain their services to date. The office personnel were very understanding and professional as well as the maids that they send out. They do an excellent job of cleaning and maintaining the home for me so I can focus on caregiving and spending time with my mom and kids. When the ladies come they pay extra attention to even the smallest details when cleaning. They’ve washed a few dishes I forgot I left in the sink, they take extra care when cleaning in my mother’s room...Whenever I have a problem it is resolved quickly and easily. The pricing is fantastically reasonable and affordable. I’m so glad I booked them. They have made my life easier and my home so much cleaner.

I have been using Mindy Maids for almost 10 years in 4 different houses/apartments. I love the reliability professionalism of the company, which is why I don’t mind paying a little more for a trustworthy, high-quality cleaning. They always send 2 people, so they work faster than 1 person on their own. During COVID, they’ve been very vigilant with gloves, masks, and extra sanitation. It’s easy to add on “deep clean“ items - like folding laundry or cleaning out your refrigerator (they’ll even check for expired items). One time (years ago), the team broke one of my succulent pots, and before I even got home, I had received a message notifying me of the damage and asking me the cost, so it could be deducted from my bill. They also bring all their own equipment (I literally don’t own a broom, anymore). I’ve had Mindy Maids scheduled to come every-other-Wednesday for the last 5+ years, and they’ve never canceled a cleaning! If your cleaning falls on a holiday, they will text you a week prior to reschedule 1-2 days before or after the holiday. I can not recommend their services enough and will continue trusting Mindy Maids to keep my house clean!

I hired this company a couple years ago, and the lady insisted on coming to see the job before quoting me a price. She came up, with the maids and while negotiating a price, the maids had already started cleaning! I felt pressured at that point to hire them even though the price was excessive ($275 for a 2-bedroom apartment AFTER NEGOTIATING!!). She promised that they would fold laundry, deep clean, and make sure everything was perfect before they left. She then made me give her the check upfront and disappeared. The two maids bustled around for about 40 minutes and were starting to leave when I told them they were supposed to fold laundry. They folded one basket and while I was putting the clothes away, the whole crew had left. The baseboards hadn't been wiped, hadn't vacuumed some areas and there was this wet/mildew stench as soon as their air fresher smell had worn off. There was a superficial improvement, but NOT what was promised. The lady never answered the phone when I called

It was a bad experience which left me feeling taken total advantage of.

I called Mindy Maids to get a cleaning scheduled, since i have not had time to clean myself. She was suppose to call me back in 15 mins but didn't hear anything  for over an hour and half. Finally got something scheduled. They were suppose to come on a Friday at 5pm. Well they called about 530pm and said they were on their way. Well they didn't show until almost 630pm. So needless to say that was strike one. In the middle of the cleaning i had to step out and knew i would not be back before they got done. Well I have a dog and i told Mindy all she needed to do was when they finished was to leave the back door open so my dog can go in and out as she please. Well i get home to find her out back with the door closed and it being pretty cold out side. My dog was very upset...that was strike two. So as i got home i inspected the house and to a somewhat pleasure they did a decent job....EXCEPT the upstairs looked as if it was hardly touched. They did clean the bathroom and laundry room, but that was about it. They did not vacuum nor make the beds. They did a decent job downstairs but the rest wasn't so great. That was strike three. So needless to say i will not hire them again. Out of all of this what upset me the most was the easy instructions i left for my dog and to find her outside in the cold p***** me off!
Oh and one more thing. Before i left i went to tell Mendy what i was doing and while her employee's were working she was just sitting on the futon upstairs texting. And i went to tale to her twice and thats all she did! Now it may be her business and she is the boss, but sitting around texting while everyone else is working isn't very professional!!
From what i am reading from other reviews (which I should of done first) it looks as if they could careless about doing a professional job or keeping good customer satisfaction. Nor do they response to any persons input to give any explanation.

I received a reference for Mindy Maids from my friend on a Sunday. I called the number to leave a message, expecting to be called back some time on Monday. Mindy actually called me back within an hour on Sunday! Though she had appointments available that week, due to our calendar, we scheduled a week out.
That day, my mom was running late, and as I called Mindy to see if they wouldn't mind coming later, she was actually trying to ask if they could come earlier! Needless to say, she accommodated our schedule and it worked perfectly!
She and her staff were professional and worked quickly and efficiently. The work they performed was excellent, and we hope to use them again in the future! I recommend them to anyone who needs home cleaning services!

They do a good job cleaning and they always ask me to check their work. They fix anything quickly that I point out to them, but they are never on time. I have them scheduled to come at 3:45 p.m. every Thursday. They are usually here at 5:00 p.m or later or the next day without anymore than maybe an hour advanced notice, if that. I give them a B only because of the cost and lack of punctuality.

Home was left very dirty by the previous tenant.  Called Mindy and scheduled an appointment for the following week.  The cleaners did not show up on time, I had to call and remind them that I had an appointment that day.

Took about 90 minutes to clean a 3/2/2 house.  HORRIBLE JOB!  Left more dirt than they took.  Other than the sticky floors would not have known they were even there.

Complete waste of 300.00,  will never hire again.

Mindy is the one who answers the phone. She started out very nice.  They require you to prepay the $297 for a new move in cleaning. She said that includes top to bottom except the windows.  They were supposed to be there at 3 pm.  They called and said they would be an hour late.  No one showed up until 5:30.  The ladies were there about 45 minutes.  The backsplash in the kitchen area was not cleaned.   The vent a hood over the stove was not cleaned.  They left cobwebs in the corners of the rooms.  The floors were filthy.  Food crumbs were left on the floor throughout the house.  The only thing that I could tell that was actually cleaned was the masterbath shower.  I tried to call and ask for my money back and Mindy said they would come clean the backsplash and vent a hood.  I declined siting that I was not interested in those people coming back into my house.

I finally spoke with the owner, Mindy Rangel and she explained that all initial/first visits are usually more than the maintainence visits afterwards. She quoted us $139 weekly to maintain. Bear in mind that we have our home cleaned top to bottom each week but our cleaning lady was out of town which is why we called this company.
