Scheduled Lawrence Whit/Malek Inc with date/time to come to my home to give written quote to replace aging a/c system. He never showed up and never called. I would not recommend using this provider based on the way they treat their potential customers.

They do industrial and residential. I spent about $1700 for inside and out. Everything turned out excellent. They are very nice to deal with. They are people who are knowledgeable. They are on time. They quoted me the price before they started the job and they came at that price. I use them for my annual service. I've signed up for that and they come out twice a year for heating and a/c.

They replaced some extra things like baseboards at no extra cost. They appear to be very honest and they know their profession pretty good.
