I called the day before and the lumber was in stock. When I went to pick up the item they were out. This not my first problem with them but it's my last.

My son found the sales rep when we were on the beach one day. The original agreement was $11,000. They did not do a correct take off so the bid was based on not enough lumber and not the right kind of lumber. They kept delivering the wrong materials. It was just a nightmare through out the whole thing. Other than what we paid for, we have since fired them and gone with another building material company. At one point it had gotten so bad that I told them I wanted my money back. They refused because they said it was a cash sale and that we can't get our money back. They delivered us alot of bad lumber. In the beginning they refused to pick it up, take it back, and give us a refund for that. They didn't deliver all of the windows. So we waited and waited for about three weeks. I finally called them and they said they were there but nobody bothered to call and tell me they were there. They were suppose to be delivered them the next day. I called twice and I was told they should be there any minute, one time was in the morning and one was in the afternoon. The sales rep finally called my son and told him that the three windows blew off the top of the truck and they would have to reorder everything. They still have doors that we paid for, but we are not ready for them yet. I am just afraid it is going to be another nightmare when they start delivering the doors. Since they won't give us our money back so we can go somewhere else, we are forced to work with them. I told them I was going to report them to Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau and they don't care. They are so rude to deal with.
