A month after Lowe's gave me the measurements they told me that they could not do the job because of how the shades needed to be installed. Also, the measurement instructions were not followed so the initial measurements were useless. Now I am having to scramble to find an installed that can get this done quickly. I have usually received very good service from Lowe's so may just be a problem at this location. I usually have been very satisfied with their service and product and have done extensive business with them in the past for appliances, remodeling, etc. The end result is that I am spending a lot more with someone else than it should have cost due to the poor service I received from Lowe's on this project.

They did not do the follow up of sealing the floor; they told me I had to do it. Their service was average and parts of it turned into a long drawn out process because a portion of my floor needed special attention. The pricing was fair and I will use them again in the future.
